Sai Pallavi Seeks Blessings at Arunachaleswarar Temple as OM Portions Conclude in Tiruvannamalai

Sai Pallavi visited the historic Arunachaleswarar Temple in Tiruvannamalai on the morning of 4 August 2026 while in the town for the shoot of her upcoming film OM (also known as OM Chapter 1 – Udhiram: The Blood Wood).

She arrived at the temple after joining the production schedule in Tiruvannamalai. She first offered prayers at the Sammandha Vinayagar shrine within the complex. She then proceeded for darshan of Lord Annamalaiyar and Goddess Unnamulai Amman. Sai Pallavi spent time in meditation at the temple and completed the traditional circuit of the sanctums. Devotees and temple staff present recognised her and shared moments with her, including photographs. The temple administration offered prasadam.

The visit took place during shooting for OM in and around Tiruvannamalai. The film, directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and produced by Wunderbar Films, stars Dhanush in the lead role, with Sai Pallavi, Mammootty, and Sreeleela in key parts. Her portions at the location have now been completed.

The Arunachaleswarar Temple, set against the sacred Arunachala hill, is one of the Pancha Bhoota Sthalams representing the element of fire and holds deep spiritual significance for devotees who seek blessings there.

The completion of Sai Pallavi's Tiruvannamalai schedule marks further progress in the production of OM, which continues across multiple locations. The film is positioned as a major theatrical release on 16th October, 2026
